Refund and Returns Policy

Returns: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Conditions: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Opened medicines or products used partially cannot be returned for safety reasons.
